The Renaissance Crew

Renaissance Building is a full-service commercial contracting firm specializing in custom projects.

Renaissance has been providing Metro Detroit quality buildings at a fair price since 1985. Our quality craftsmanship and old world style set us apart from the rest.

Headquartered in Highland, Michigan, Renaissance Building, Inc. has built its reputation with integrity, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, we have grown from a family-oriented general contracting company to a professional corporation. As our company has evolved with the times so have our construction methods.

We are the firm to move your next commercial project more efficiently through the preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction phases. Please consider using our industry experience and modern green building techniques to make your building energy efficient. We can also help with your LEED project!

We have built many commercial projects along with over 80+ custom homes.  Our people know what your project needs, no matter what size. Our policy of exclusively hiring forward-thinking innovators and managers means that we always create functional solutions to meet your needs at surprisingly reasonable costs.

We achieve great results by always putting the customer first!
